ICOMIA to join opening of China (Shanghai) International Boat Show 2025

11 February 2025. The International Council of Marine Industry Associations, ICOMIA, is delighted to announce its participation in the opening celebrations of the 28th China (Shanghai) International Boat Show which runs from 30 March to 2 April 2025.

ICOMIA CEO Joe Lynch, supported by Regional Representative (APAC) Su Lin Cheah have been invited to officiate at the opening ceremony, declaring CIBS2025 open on 30 March 2025.

On 31 March 2025, Joe Lynch will also have the honour of delivering the opening keynote address at the CIBS Industry Forum. Following this, ICOMIA will lead a panel discussion with business leaders and industry experts on the future of marine leisure in the region and the global marketplace. Gathering industry professionals from China, Asia and around the world, the Forum will facilitate exchange and engagement among stakeholders on issues that include sustainable business development, new technology and innovation, in the advent of today’s challenging business environment.
